1. AffiliateRail
AffiliateRail is affiliate program software for SaaS founders, built around one decision: AffiliateRail never holds the merchant's money. The merchant connects their own PayPal Payouts or Wise Business account and AffiliateRail calls that rail with their credentials, taking 0% of every payout. Their published pricing adds a per-thousand overage above each plan ceiling, and their managed payouts carry a per-invoice fee, a per-affiliate fee above 25 affiliates and a card surcharge.

3. FirstPromoter
FirstPromoter is a deep, configurable affiliate platform with strong support for multi-tier programs and the widest set of referral link formats in the category. Their published plans put automated payouts on the Enterprise tier.

Rewardful is one of the longest-running Stripe-native affiliate platforms, with the most complete documentation in the category and years of live SaaS programs behind it. Their published pricing lists a 3% fee on payouts.

How should a SaaS founder choose between them?
Start with the two questions the pricing pages answer least clearly. First, what does it cost to pay an affiliate, not to run the program: a percentage on payouts changes the bill far more than a $30 difference in plan price once your program works. Second, whose account does the money sit in when a payout runs, because that decides who carries the risk if a batch fails halfway. After those, the ordinary questions matter: does it read your billing provider properly, does the portal work in your customers' languages, and can you move away from it later without breaking the links your affiliates already published.

Yes, and you should check this before you commit to any platform.
