Response times
We answer every email within two working days, and usually the same day. There is no phone line and no chat widget: one person reads this inbox, and that person can actually fix things.
Billing questions
If you see a charge you do not recognise, it will appear on your statement as AFFRAIL. Email support@affiliaterail.com from the address on your account and we will find it, explain it, and refund it if it should not be there.
- Nothing is charged before AffiliateRail launches in November 2026.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for all of it back, no questions.
- Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation email, or by emailing us.

Hold a founding seat
Until the Stripe checkout links are live, email support@affiliaterail.com with the plan you want (Launch $29, Grow $59 or Scale $99, founding prices) and we will hold a seat and send you the link the moment it exists.
