Refund policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
In plain English
Fourteen days free with no card, so nothing is charged until you decide it is worth paying for. After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for all of it back, no questions. Cancelling is a separate thing from refunding: cancel whenever you like and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then you are not billed again.
1. The trial
Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card. There is nothing to refund during a trial because we have taken nothing. If you never add a card, you are not charged when it ends.
If you pick a plan during the trial, your first payment is on the day the trial ends, never before. We email you seven days ahead. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
2. Your first payment: 30 days, all of it back
- Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund the whole amount, no questions asked. Monthly or yearly, it is the same answer.
- Refunds go back to the card that was charged, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
- It applies to your first payment on an account. It is not a rolling monthly guarantee, and it is not a way to use a year for eleven months and hand it back.
3. Cancelling is not the same as refunding
- Cancelling stops future billing. It does not by itself refund what you have already paid.
- If you cancel while you are still inside your 30-day window, you can still ask for the refund separately, and we will still give it.
- When you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. We do not cut you off early and we do not bill you again.
- We do not refund part-months or part-years outside the 30-day window.
4. Yearly plans
A yearly plan is ten months' money for twelve months' service, and the 30-day guarantee covers all of it. After 30 days a yearly plan runs to its renewal date. If you want to move to monthly, the change takes effect at that renewal rather than immediately, because doing it straight away would mean refunding most of a year.
We email you before a yearly plan renews, so the renewal is never a surprise.
5. When we refund without being asked
- A charge you did not authorise. Tell us and we refund it and find out what happened.
- A duplicate charge. Refunded as soon as we see it.
- If we end the service. We refund any prepaid fees for the unused period, and we give at least 90 days' notice first.
- If we get a price wrong. You pay the price that was shown, and if we charged more we refund the difference.
6. When we will not refund
Said plainly so it is not a surprise later:
- Payments older than 30 days, outside the cases in section 5.
- An account we closed for a material breach of the terms, such as sending spam through the service.
- Money you paid your own affiliates. It never came to us and we cannot return it. That is between you and them.
- Fees charged by your own payment provider, your billing provider or your bank.
7. How to ask
Email support@affiliaterail.com from the address on your account, with "refund" in the subject. We reply within two working days and you do not have to explain yourself.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be excluded, including any right to cancel a distance contract. This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales.
