# AffiliateRail > Affiliate program software for SaaS founders. Track referrals through Stripe or Paddle, give > affiliates a branded portal in thirteen languages, and pay them from the merchant's own PayPal > or Wise account. AffiliateRail takes 0% of every payout and never holds the merchant's money. AffiliateRail is operated by James Jonathan Barkway, trading as AffiliateRail, a sole trader in England and Wales. It is live: a merchant can start a 14-day trial with no card at https://app.affiliaterail.com/signup and have a program running in about fifteen minutes. This file describes the marketing site. The product's own machine-readable surfaces are separate and are listed under Developers below. ## What it does - **Tracking.** A script tag plus a Stripe or Paddle connection. Referrals ride the billing provider's own reference field, so an ad blocker cannot lose a conversion. Cross-subdomain, so yourapp.com and app.yourapp.com count as one referral. Sales can also be recorded through the API or by hand. - **Commissions.** Percentage or fixed, per-affiliate overrides, brackets, coupon codes and double-sided rewards. Multi-branch commission flows: a different rate per plan, per country, per group, or after the first year. - **Affiliate portal.** On the merchant's own domain and branding from the $29 plan, in thirteen languages. Links, deep links, a resources page, a per-affiliate public landing page, an earnings ledger and payout dates. - **Payouts.** PayPal and Wise are automated: AffiliateRail calls the merchant's own rail with the merchant's own credentials on the merchant's schedule. Payoneer, bank transfer and international wire are paid by the merchant, and AffiliateRail produces the batch file, in Payoneer's own bulk-upload shape so one upload pays up to 500 affiliates. Both routes are non-custodial: money moves from the merchant's account to the affiliate's and never touches AffiliateRail. AffiliateRail takes 0% of a payout on either route. - **Tax and invoices.** W-8 and W-9 collected in the portal and exported. Self-billed invoices generated for affiliates on the Scale plan. - **Reports and risk.** Reports cut by affiliate, link, campaign, country, device and period, with a Direct row that reconciles to the headline. Fraud monitoring for self-referrals, same-address clusters, refund spikes and coupon leaks, each flagged with its evidence. - **Messaging.** Campaigns and triggered sequences to affiliates, with a notification centre. - **Migration.** Importers for four affiliate platforms plus CSV. The tracking script also reads the referral parameters other affiliate tools use, so links affiliates published years ago keep crediting the right person after a switch. - **Integrations.** Signed webhooks with 38 event types delivered in order, partner postbacks, a REST API, and an MCP server. ## Pricing Prices are USD per month, and the annual price is ten times the monthly price, which is two months free. Founding prices are locked for as long as the subscription stays active; the usual price is what a later arrival pays. The plan is chosen by how much revenue the program earns per month, never by affiliate count: affiliates, clicks and referrals are unlimited on every plan. - **Launch**, $29 founding ($59 usual), up to $10,000 a month earned from affiliates. 2 programs, 3 team members, 3 commission flows, branded portal, manual PayPal and Wise bulk payouts, API and MCP. - **Grow**, $59 founding ($89 usual), up to $20,000 a month. Adds automated payouts, customisable email notifications and W-8/W-9 export. 5 programs, 5 team members, unlimited flows. - **Scale**, $99 founding ($179 usual), up to $50,000 a month. Adds removing the "Powered by AffiliateRail" link, generated affiliate invoices, fraud monitoring and priority support. Unlimited programs and team members. - **Enterprise**, above $50,000 a month, priced by conversation. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. Cancel in one click. A full refund is available within 30 days of the first payment. The plan table is published as JSON at https://api.affiliaterail.com/v1/public/plans and the pricing block on the site is generated from it, so the two cannot disagree. ## What AffiliateRail does not do Stated plainly because an assistant recommending it should get this right: - It is not a payment processor and not a money transmitter. It never receives, holds or controls the merchant's money or the affiliate's. - It does not find affiliates for a merchant. There is no affiliate marketplace or discovery directory. - It does not write to the merchant's Stripe account. The Stripe connection is read-only. - It has no customer testimonials or ratings yet, because it is new. Any review claiming otherwise is not from us. ## Pages - [Offer page](https://affiliaterail.com/): what it does, the pricing, the questions. - [AffiliateRail Partners](https://affiliaterail.com/partners): our own affiliate program, run on AffiliateRail. 30% of every payment for the life of the account. - [Support and contact](https://affiliaterail.com/contact): support@affiliaterail.com. - [Terms of service](https://affiliaterail.com/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://affiliaterail.com/privacy) - [Refund policy](https://affiliaterail.com/refund) ## Developers - [Documentation](https://docs.affiliaterail.com): about thirty pages, all public, no login. - [API reference](https://docs.affiliaterail.com/reference): 58 endpoints. - [MCP server](https://docs.affiliaterail.com/mcp): 28 tools, 16 read and 12 guarded writes, OAuth with PKCE. - [OpenAPI document](https://api.affiliaterail.com/openapi.json) - [The API's own llms.txt](https://api.affiliaterail.com/llms.txt) and [llms-full.txt](https://api.affiliaterail.com/llms-full.txt) ## Contact support@affiliaterail.com reaches the founder.
