Partnero alternatives for SaaS founders

The platforms SaaS founders weigh against Partnero are AffiliateRail, Tolt, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate, Affonso, PromoteKit and Trackdesk. Most band pricing by revenue where Partnero does not. Several take a cut of automated payouts where Partnero takes none on your own account.

The shortlist

What are the main Partnero alternatives?

Partnero's unlimited revenue and fee-free own-account payouts set the bar. Its alternatives are measured against that. Tolt, Rewardful and FirstPromoter are the established Stripe-native tools, banded by revenue. Affonso and PromoteKit are the cheap entries. Tapfiliate and Trackdesk reach past SaaS. AffiliateRail keeps Partnero's payout model and starts at $29 a month. Here is each one's published entry price and what it is good at.

1

AffiliateRail

Affiliate program software for SaaS founders, built around one decision: it never holds your money. You connect your own PayPal or Wise account. AffiliateRail pays from it, taking 0% of every payout. Tracking rides the Stripe or Paddle reference field. The portal comes in thirteen languages on your own domain. The tracking script reads other platforms' referral parameters, so old links keep converting through a migration.

Published entry price: $29 founding, $59 after.

01 Custody

Who holds the money when affiliates get paid?

AffiliateRail never holds it. You connect your own PayPal or Wise account. We work out who is owed what and tell your account to pay. The money goes from you to your affiliate and never passes through us.

So we take 0% of every payout, on every plan. There is no cut to take when the money never arrives. The custody page has every platform's own position, with sources.

02 The product

What does the product look like?

One dashboard for the program: affiliates, referrals, commissions and payouts. Your affiliates get a portal on your own domain, in thirteen languages, from the $29 plan.

Tracking rides the Stripe or Paddle reference field, not a cookie an ad blocker can drop. Payouts run from your own PayPal or Wise account on a schedule. The founder answers support.

Choosing

How should a SaaS founder choose between them?

Partnero answers the two hard questions well, so measure each alternative against that. Then ask about price shape.

First

Does the alternative take a cut?

Partnero takes nothing on your own PayPal or Wise account. Several alternatives take 2% to 5%, or a fee per invoice, once payouts are automated. That is the biggest number on the page.

Second

Whose account holds the money?

Partnero's standard route leaves it in yours. Check whether an alternative's automated payouts route the money through the platform, because that decides who carries the risk mid-batch.

Then

Flat or banded?

Partnero is flat with no revenue ceiling. Most alternatives band by revenue, so price them at the revenue you expect in a year, not this month's.

Questions

Common questions

What is the cheapest Partnero alternative?

On published entry prices, Affonso at $15 a month to $1,000 of affiliate revenue, then AffiliateRail at $29 a month founding to $10,000. Partnero's $59 has no ceiling, so above about $20,000 a month it overtakes most banded plans. The true-cost calculator compares nine platforms at your revenue.

Which Partnero alternatives do not take a cut of payouts?

AffiliateRail takes 0% on every plan, paying from your own PayPal or Wise account, the same model as Partnero's standard route. PromoteKit and Trackdesk leave the payout to your own account too, by file or through your own Tipalti account. The custody page has each platform's published position.

Can I move my partners and their history from Partnero?

Yes. Partnero exports partners, customers and transactions to CSV, each row carrying the partner's key and email. AffiliateRail imports that CSV with a dry run first and a one-click rollback. Its tracking script reads Partnero's default aff parameter, so standard links keep converting through the cutover.
