Alternatives

Partli alternatives for SaaS founders

The platforms SaaS founders weigh against Partli are AffiliateRail, Tolt, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate, Affonso, PromoteKit, Partnero, Trackdesk and Ambassly. Most cost more at entry. They differ on whether payouts run themselves, whose account the money waits in, and whether the platform takes a cut.

The shortlist

What are the main Partli alternatives?

Partli's $29 entry with unlimited partners sets the bar, so its alternatives are measured against that. Tolt, Rewardful and FirstPromoter are the established Stripe-native tools, banded by revenue. PromoteKit and Affonso are the other cheap entries. Partnero and Ambassly are flat like Partli, one paying from your own account and one by export. Tapfiliate and Trackdesk reach past SaaS. AffiliateRail is the one that never pre-funds a balance. Here is each one's published entry price and what it is good at.

1

AffiliateRail

Tracking rides the Stripe or Paddle reference field. The portal comes in thirteen languages on your own domain. The tracking script reads other platforms' referral parameters, so old links keep converting through a migration.

01 Custody

Who holds the money when affiliates get paid?

AffiliateRail never holds it. You connect your own PayPal or Wise account. We work out who is owed what and tell your account to pay. The money goes from you to your affiliate and never passes through us.

So we take 0% of every payout, on every plan. There is no cut to take when the money never arrives. The custody page has every platform's own position, with sources.

02 The product

What does the product look like?

One dashboard for the program: affiliates, referrals, commissions and payouts. Your affiliates get a portal on your own domain, in thirteen languages, from the $29 plan.

Tracking rides the Stripe or Paddle reference field, not a cookie an ad blocker can drop. Payouts run from your own PayPal or Wise account on a schedule. The founder answers support.

In their words

What Partli's own terms say

Partli does not hold partner funds in custody; money moves directly from your Stripe balance to the partner's Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for all payouts originating from your workspace.

Partli Terms of Service, section 5, Your Partners and Their Payouts, checked 4 September 2026

Their payouts documentation, read the same day, describes the route: payouts move money from your pre-funded payout balance on Partli to each partner's Stripe Connect Express account.

Choosing

How should a SaaS founder choose between them?

Start with the question Partli answers with a top-up and most platforms answer differently. Then ask the two the pricing pages skip.

First

Where does the payout money wait?

On Partli, in a balance you fund on their platform before a run. On some alternatives, in the platform's own account. On others, in yours until the transfer. Decide which of those you want.

Second

What does it cost to pay an affiliate?

Partli prints $0 and its docs add a per-partner charge. Several alternatives take a percentage or a fee per invoice once payouts are automated. Read the docs, not only the pricing page.

Questions

Common questions

What is the cheapest Partli alternative?

On published entry prices, Affonso at $15 a month to $1,000 of affiliate revenue, then AffiliateRail at $29 a month founding to $10,000. Partli's own $29 has no revenue ceiling, so above $10,000 a month it is cheaper than either, and its $23 yearly price is the lowest flat price here. The true-cost calculator compares the real monthly bill on eleven platforms at your revenue.

Which Partli alternative runs payouts from my own account?

AffiliateRail sends the payout from your own PayPal or Wise account on a schedule, from the $59 plan, and takes 0%. Partnero automates PayPal and Wise from your own account with no Partnero fee. Neither asks you to top up a balance first. The custody page has each platform's own published position.

Can I move my affiliates from Partli to another platform?

Yes. Pull your partners and commissions through Partli's API or CLI, or their data export on the Scale plan, and import the CSV. AffiliateRail's importer dry-runs first and can roll back. Its tracking script reads the via parameter, so deep links keep converting through the cutover. Partli's redirect links are re-issued.
