What are the main Tapfiliate alternatives?
If your program is SaaS subscriptions on Stripe or Paddle, most of the alternatives to Tapfiliate are narrower and cheaper. Tolt, Rewardful and FirstPromoter are the established Stripe-native options, Affonso has the lowest entry price, and AffiliateRail is the non-custodial one. If your program spans ecommerce as well, Tapfiliate's breadth is hard to replace from this list.
1. AffiliateRail
AffiliateRail is affiliate program software for SaaS founders, built around one decision: AffiliateRail never holds the merchant's money. The merchant connects their own PayPal Payouts or Wise Business account and AffiliateRail calls that rail with their credentials, taking 0% of every payout. Tracking rides the Stripe or Paddle reference field rather than a cookie an ad blocker can drop, the affiliate portal ships in thirteen languages on the merchant's own domain, and the tracking script reads the referral parameters other platforms use, so links affiliates published years ago keep converting through a migration.

2. Affonso
Affonso publishes the lowest entry price in the category at $15 a month and runs an affiliate marketplace for partner discovery. Their published pricing adds a per-thousand overage above each plan ceiling, and their managed payouts carry a per-invoice fee, a per-affiliate fee above 25 affiliates and a card surcharge.

3. FirstPromoter
FirstPromoter is a deep, configurable affiliate platform with strong support for multi-tier programs and the widest set of referral link formats in the category. Their published plans put automated payouts on the Enterprise tier.

4. Rewardful
Rewardful is one of the longest-running Stripe-native affiliate platforms, with the most complete documentation in the category and years of live SaaS programs behind it. Their published pricing lists a 3% fee on payouts.

5. Tolt
Tolt is a Stripe-native affiliate platform for SaaS with a longer track record than most of this list and an interface many founders already recognise. Automated payouts are included on their entry plan, and their published pricing lists a 2% fee on those payouts plus $8 per bank invoice.

How should a SaaS founder choose between them?
Decide first whether you need breadth. Tapfiliate covers channels that most of this list does not, and if you use them, a cheaper SaaS-only tool is not actually an alternative. If your program is SaaS subscriptions and nothing else, then the questions become what a payout costs, whose account the money sits in during a payout run, and whether you could move away later without breaking the links your affiliates have already published.
