In brief
Rewardful is $49 a month to $7,500 of affiliate revenue, $99 to $15,000, and from $149 above that on a demo. Annual billing gives two months free. The subscription takes 0% of payouts. Managed Payouts, on any plan by request, takes a flat 3%, which is $75 on $2,500 of monthly payouts. With that route enabled, the bill is $64 at $2,000 of affiliate revenue, $174 at $10,000 and from $524 at $50,000.

What does Rewardful cost?
In short$49, $99 or from $149 a month, banded by how much your affiliates generate. Starter covers up to $7,500 a month, Growth covers up to $15,000, and Enterprise is above that, priced on a demo. Every plan includes a 14-day trial, two months free on annual billing, and a 30-day refund on a monthly plan. The subscription itself takes 0% of payouts. Its Managed Payouts route takes a flat 3%.
The research method was straightforward. I read Rewardful's pricing page and its help centre on 7 September 2026, then ran it through the calculator on this site. Four sizes of program. I discovered that the sticker price and the bill diverge at two points. The $7,500 band edge, and the day you enable Managed Payouts. This page is only about price. The Rewardful review covers what each plan does.
Three words first. A revenue band is the range of monthly affiliate revenue a plan covers before the next plan applies. A payout fee is a slice the platform takes out of the money you send your affiliates, on top of the plan. And Managed Payouts is Rewardful's route where you fund one payment and Rewardful pays the affiliates. Those three determine the bill.
Managed Payouts has a flat 3% processing fee on each payout. There are no additional subscription costs for merchants.
| Plan | Monthly | A year, paid annually | Band | Payout fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $490 (ten months for twelve) | Up to $7,500 a month from affiliates | 0% on the plan; 3% on Managed Payouts |
| Growth | $99 | $990 | Up to $15,000 | Same |
| Enterprise | From $149 | Not published | Over $15,000 | Same |
How do the bands work?
In shortThe plan you require depends on the revenue your affiliates generate monthly. Starter finishes at $7,500. Growth finishes at $15,000. Above that, Enterprise, with "Book a Demo" instead of a figure. So the monthly price doubles at $7,500, then rises again at $15,000.
Let's say your affiliates generate $6,000 a month, which places you on Starter at $49. At $8,000 you have passed $7,500 and are on Growth at $99. At $18,000 you are on Enterprise, from $149. The page prints "$149+" and nothing above it. So the top of the ladder is a conversation.
The band is the whole of the price on Rewardful. There is no overage. An overage is what a platform charges when you pass your band without moving up, and Rewardful's page prints none. You upgrade instead. Compare that with Affonso, which prints $19 per $1,000 over its cap, and with the flat plans that never move.
The pricing page also says what is on each plan, and among the rows on Growth only are unlimited campaigns and the branded portal. So a founder on Starter who wants a second commission rule pays $99 for that reason, not for revenue. That is a feature line, and the review covers it. It is worth understanding here because it is the second way to reach $99 before $7,500.
What does annual billing save?
In shortTwo months. The pricing page prints two months free for annual billing. So a year of Starter is $490 instead of $588, and a year of Growth is $990 instead of $1,188.
Trial and refund sit alongside it. "All plans come with a 14-day free trial." The page does not say whether the trial takes a card. Refunds: "If you choose a monthly plan and decide Rewardful isn't for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll give you a refund". Note the word monthly. Contracts: you can cancel from the dashboard at any time.
Three checks before you start the trial. First, which band you will cross first, and when. Read your last three months of affiliate revenue and identify where $7,500 falls. Second, whether one campaign is sufficient, because a second rule moves you to Growth regardless of revenue. Third, whether you will ever enable Managed Payouts. That is the one fee on the page that rises with what you pay out. Record the three answers. The remainder of this page is arithmetic on them.
What does Managed Payouts cost?
In shortA flat 3% of each payout, on any plan, by contacting support. "Managed Payouts has a flat 3% processing fee on each payout. There are no additional subscription costs for merchants." On $2,500 of monthly payouts, that is $75. On $12,500, it is $375. Affiliates may pay a withdrawal fee on top.
The route works like this. "Merchants fund a payout in Rewardful with a single payment. Rewardful distributes commissions to affiliates. Affiliates withdraw their earnings directly from their Rewardful dashboard." You require "a separate ACH-capable funding method", which is "distinct from the one used for customer subscription payments". Rewardful invoices you and you pay manually. Access is by request: "In order to access managed payouts please contact support".
The alternative route is free. On every plan you can export a PayPal mass payout or a Wise bulk payout file and pay from your own account. Enterprise adds one-click PayPal payouts. So a founder who pays affiliates themselves never sees the 3%. A founder who would rather not sees it on every payout, and it rises with what you pay out.
What is the whole bill at four sizes?
In shortSubscription only: $49 at $2,000 of monthly affiliate revenue, $99 at $10,000, from $149 at $20,000 and at $50,000. With Managed Payouts at 25% commission: $64, $174, from $299 and from $524. The 3% is what moves the second row.
Here is the arithmetic at $10,000. Your affiliates earn $2,500 in commission. Rewardful's subscription is Growth at $99, and the 3% on $2,500 is $75, so the bill is $174. At $50,000 the plan is Enterprise from $149 and the 3% on $12,500 is $375, so from $524. The plan has stopped moving and the fee has not.
For example, imagine a Stripe SaaS at $6,000 a month from affiliates, paying from its own PayPal monthly. That is $49, and $490 for the year. Now imagine the same program at $18,000 with the managed route enabled. That is from $149, plus 3% of $4,500, which is $135, so from $284. Now imagine you would rather retain the $135. Export the file and pay it yourself, on any plan. The subscription price is the same either way. Only the 3% moves.
One more thing the page does not price: the Affiliate Finder. It runs on credits, and a credit is spent when you reveal an affiliate's details. A founder who wants the Finder should ask what a credit costs before choosing a plan. It is the one line on the feature list that can add to the bill without a plan change or a payout.
How does it compare on price?
In shortRewardful is joint cheapest with FirstPromoter at $49 to $5,000, then cheapest alone to $7,500, where it doubles. FirstPromoter doubles earlier, at $5,000. Tolt starts higher at $69 and maintains it to $10,000, then $99 to $20,000. At $12,000 a month all three are $99. At $18,000 Rewardful and FirstPromoter are from $149 and Tolt is still $99.
On the payout fee, Rewardful's 3% sits between Tolt's 2% plus $8 an invoice and Dub's 5%. On $2,500 of payouts: Tolt by bank $58, Rewardful $75, Dub $125. FirstPromoter publishes no fee and gates its managed route to Enterprise 2. PartnerStack's Spark is $0 a month and 10% of every payout, so $250 at that size. The pricing comparison sets all twenty platforms side by side, and the cheapest page ranks them.
A word on this site's own product, with its trade-offs. AffiliateRail is $29 a month founding to $10,000 of affiliate revenue, then $59 to $20,000, then $99 to $50,000. It takes 0% of every payout on every route. Automated payouts run from the $59 plan through your own PayPal or Wise. Its first band is wider than Rewardful's Starter, and there is no managed route where the money passes through the tool at all. It has no affiliate finder. It reads Stripe and Paddle Billing, not Paddle Classic. Founding prices are maintained while the subscription remains active, and there are ten founding places.
0% of every payout, from $29 a month
Wider bands, no managed cut, automated payouts from $59 through your own PayPal or Wise. Fourteen days, no card.
Every price on this page was read off Rewardful's own pages on 7 September 2026. The bills came off the calculator on the same day. Prices change, and bands move more frequently than sticker prices do. Read the pricing page on the day you decide. Have your last three months of affiliate revenue alongside it. Verify the band edge and the fee line before anything else.
Common questions
How much does Rewardful cost per month?
$49 on Starter up to $7,500 a month of affiliate revenue, $99 on Growth up to $15,000, and from $149 on Enterprise above that. Annual billing is two months free, so $490 and $990 a year for the two published plans.
Does Rewardful charge a percentage of payouts?
Not on the subscription: every plan prints a 0% transaction fee. Its Managed Payouts route, where Rewardful pays the affiliates from one payment you fund, takes a flat 3% of each payout. Pay from your own PayPal or Wise with the export and there is no fee.
Is there a free trial and a refund?
Every plan has a 14-day free trial. The page does not say whether the trial takes a card. On a monthly plan you can request a refund within 30 days. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time.
When does Rewardful get expensive?
At $7,500 a month of affiliate revenue, where Starter's $49 becomes Growth's $99, and at $15,000, where Growth becomes Enterprise from $149. And on any plan, the day you enable Managed Payouts, because the 3% increases with what you pay out.
