The cheapest affiliate software for SaaS: twenty platforms ranked by the monthly bill

By Jimi Barkway · Published 7 September 2026 · Part of the comparison pages

In brief

On sticker price PartnerStack is $0, refVenue $25, then AffiliateRail, Partli and Refgrow at $29. On the whole bill with automated payouts the order changes. PartnerStack takes 10% of every payout, so at $10,000 of affiliate revenue it costs $250 a month. Nine platforms sit at $59 or under with automated payouts included, and three of the nine publish no automated route at all. The cheapest price and the cheapest bill are different platforms.

What is the cheapest affiliate software for a SaaS?

In shortOn sticker price, PartnerStack's Spark plan at $0, then refVenue at $25, then AffiliateRail, Partli and Refgrow at $29. On the whole bill with automated payouts, the answer changes. PartnerStack takes 10% of every payout, so at $10,000 of affiliate revenue it costs $250 a month. Nine platforms sit at $59 or under with automated payouts included. Three of the nine publish no automated route at all. The other six describe one, from Komissio at $49 to AffiliateRail at $59 founding, which runs a scheduled batch through your own PayPal or Wise at a stated 0%.

The research method was simple. I ran twenty platforms through the calculator on this site on 7 September 2026, at four sizes of program. The calculator reads each vendor's pricing page and help centre, with the date each was checked. I used its defaults: 25% of affiliate revenue paid out, and 30 affiliates. I found that the cheapest price and the cheapest bill are rarely the same platform, and this page shows both.

Three words first. A payout fee is a slice the platform takes out of the money you send your affiliates, on top of the monthly price. A revenue band is the range of monthly affiliate revenue a plan covers before you move to the next plan. And automated payouts is the route where the platform pays your affiliates on a schedule, instead of you uploading a file. One more: an overage is what a platform charges when you pass your band without moving up a plan. Those decide the bill.

$0 per month subscription fee. + 10% processing fee on commissions you pay out. That's it. You only pay when your partners make you money.

Which platforms are cheapest on sticker price?

In shortUnder $30 a month: PartnerStack at $0, refVenue at $25, and AffiliateRail, Partli and Refgrow at $29. Under $50: Affonso from $34, then PromoteKit, Ambassly and Endorsely at $39, then Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Komissio and LeadDyno at $49. That is the entry price, before any payout fee and before the program grows.

The sticker price is the number on the pricing page. Most comparisons stop there. Let's say your affiliates bring in $2,000 a month. Thirteen of the twenty platforms cost $49 or less at that size. That is the table above. Only Tapfiliate from $89, Dub at $90, Reditus at $149, Trackdesk at $399 and Impact.com at $500 sit well above.

Now let's say the program grows to $10,000 a month. The flat plans do not move. Partli, Refgrow, Ambassly, Komissio and LeadDyno cost the same as they did at $2,000. The banded plans do move. Rewardful goes from $49 to $99 at $7,500. FirstPromoter goes from $49 to $99 at $5,000. Endorsely goes from $39 to $99 at $5,000. AffiliateRail stays at $29 founding until $10,000, then $59.

So at $10,000 the order is: PartnerStack $0, refVenue $25, then AffiliateRail founding, Partli and Refgrow at $29. Then Affonso from $39, PromoteKit $39 and Ambassly $39. Then Komissio and LeadDyno at $49. Rewardful, FirstPromoter and Endorsely are $99 by then.

What does the cheap price leave out?

In shortThe payout fee, and the payout route. A $0 plan that takes 10% of every payout costs $50 on the first $500 you pay out. A cheap plan with no automated route means you pay the affiliates yourself, from a file. Both are fine choices. They are not the same product as a plan that pays on a schedule for 0%.

PartnerStack first, because it is the one $0 on the list. Spark is free. Then 10% of every commission you pay out. Let's say your affiliates earn $2,500 a month in commission. That is $250 a month to PartnerStack, more than any subscription on the first table. At $12,500 of payouts, it is $1,250.

Then the platforms with no cut. Refgrow, Ambassly, LeadDyno and PromoteKit take nothing, and payouts run from your own PayPal or Wise. On Ambassly and PromoteKit that is a file you upload. On Refgrow and LeadDyno the platform can send the payment from your own account. refVenue takes nothing either, and you pay each affiliate to their own Stripe Connect account. Partli prints $0 on its pricing page, runs payouts through Stripe Connect from a balance you top up, and its docs add $4 a month per paid partner over an unprinted limit. Paying from your own account is the cheapest way to run a program. It is also the most work. Every month. The PayPal payouts guide covers what the file route costs in time and fees.

Then the platforms with an automated route and a cut. Tolt's route is 2% plus $8 an invoice, on $99 and above. Rewardful's is a flat 3%. Dub's is 5%. Reditus is 2% by invoice or 5% by card. On $2,500 of monthly payouts, 2% is $50 plus $8, 3% is $75 and 5% is $125. A cut like that is a fee that grows with your program. The flat-fee page has every published cut side by side.

Which is cheapest with automated payouts included?

In shortAt $10,000 of affiliate revenue and $2,500 paid out: refVenue $25, Partli and Refgrow $29, PromoteKit and Ambassly $39, Komissio and LeadDyno $49, then AffiliateRail founding and Partnero at $59. Those nine take nothing on the payout. Three of them publish no automated route: PromoteKit, Ambassly and refVenue. The other six describe one. Partnero, Refgrow and LeadDyno send from your own PayPal or Wise. Komissio and Partli run through Stripe Connect. AffiliateRail runs a scheduled batch through your own PayPal or Wise from its $59 plan, at a stated 0%.

The calculator's second mode answers a different question. Which plan pays my affiliates for me, and what does that cost in fees? Here is that row at $10,000. Komissio $49, with nothing published. AffiliateRail founding $59, with $0 on the payout. Endorsely $99, nothing printed. Affonso from $147.75, because its managed route adds an invoice fee, a per-affiliate fee and a 3.25% surcharge. FirstPromoter from $149, fee not published. Tolt $157. Rewardful $174. Dub $215. PartnerStack $250. Reditus $449. Impact.com $500.

Two things stand out. First, the gap between the cheapest sticker and the cheapest automated bill. PartnerStack is $0 on one table and $250 on the other. Second, the platforms in the middle. Tolt, Rewardful and Dub all cost between $157 and $215 a month at this size once the cut is counted. Their sticker prices are $69, $49 and $90.

At $50,000 of affiliate revenue the same shape holds, only larger. AffiliateRail is $99 founding with $0 on $12,500 of payouts. Tolt is $457. Rewardful is from $524. Dub is $925. PartnerStack is $1,250. Impact.com is $2,500, because its $500 plan includes $2,500 of payouts and takes 20% past that.

How should you pick?

In shortDecide whether you will pay affiliates yourself. If yes, the cheapest platforms with no cut are refVenue at $25 and Refgrow at $29, and they stay that price as you grow. If no, pick the cheapest platform whose automated route and payout fee you have read, and check the revenue band you will cross first.

For example, imagine a Stripe SaaS with five affiliates bringing in $2,000 a month. You pay them from your own PayPal once a month. Refgrow at $29 covers it, and so does Partli. Now imagine thirty affiliates bringing in $10,000. You would rather never build a payout file again. Six platforms at $59 or under describe an automated route, from Komissio at $49 to AffiliateRail at $59 founding. Now imagine you want the platform to hold and send the money on one invoice. That is Tolt at $99 plus 2% and $8 an invoice, and the Tolt review walks it.

One more check before you buy the cheapest thing. A free tier is a plan with no monthly price, and four platforms have one: PartnerStack, Endorsely to $1,000, refVenue to $1,000 and PromoteKit to three referrals. Read what ends the free tier. The free affiliate software page does that for each. And the pricing comparison shows which model each platform uses and where its price jumps.

A word on this site's own product, with its trade-offs. AffiliateRail is $29 a month founding to $10,000 of affiliate revenue, then $59 to $20,000, then $99 to $50,000. Automated payouts from the $59 plan, through your own PayPal or Wise, at 0% of the payout. It is not the lowest sticker price: refVenue, Partli and Refgrow match or beat $29 with no band at all. It has no free tier. It reads Stripe and Paddle Billing only. The founding price is held while the subscription stays active, and there are ten founding places.
