White label

White label affiliate software: twenty platforms on five questions, with the plan that answers each

By Jimi Barkway · Published 7 September 2026 · Part of the comparison pages

In brief

Fifteen of twenty affiliate platforms put the portal on your own domain. Four do it on the entry plan (AffiliateRail, Tolt, Partnero, PartnerStack) and eleven on a higher one. Five print a powered-by link on the entry plan and name the plan that removes it. On three of them that is $99. Five can embed the dashboard in your app. Ten use the words white label for a plan of their own. Two of those disagree with themselves about which plan.

Which affiliate software is white label?

In shortFifteen of the twenty platforms on this site's calculator put the affiliate portal on your own domain. Four do it on the entry plan: AffiliateRail, Tolt, Partnero and PartnerStack. Eleven do it on a higher plan. Five print a "powered by" link on the entry plan and name the plan that removes it. Five can embed the dashboard inside your own app. Ten use the words "white label" for a plan of their own.

The research method was simple. I put five questions to twenty vendors on 7 September 2026. I read their pricing pages, feature pages and help centres. Does the portal carry your logo and colours, and on which plan? Can it sit on your own domain? Is there a "powered by" link on the entry plan, and what removes it? Can it be embedded in your app? Is there a full white label? Where a page did not say, the cell says so. I found that "white label" means five different things on twenty pricing pages. The plan that delivers each is rarely the entry plan.

Three words first. A branded portal is the affiliate's dashboard carrying your logo and colours instead of the vendor's. A custom domain is that portal living at an address you own, such as affiliates.yourdomain.com, instead of yourcompany.vendor.com. And white label is the vendor's name gone entirely, from the portal, the emails and the link in the footer. The five questions are those three, plus the footer link and the embed.

Which platforms put the portal on your own domain, and on which plan?

In shortFifteen of twenty. On the entry plan: AffiliateRail at $29, Tolt at $69, Partnero at $59, and PartnerStack's Spark. Spark's page lists a custom domain without saying what it covers. On a higher plan: Rewardful and FirstPromoter at $99, Komissio at $99, Tapfiliate at $179, LeadDyno at $129, Endorsely at $39, and PromoteKit at $29 above a free plan. Affonso has it on Growth. Trackdesk and Refgrow have it on plans their pages disagree about. Partli has it on Enterprise, with a links-only domain on Growth.

The domain is the row most founders mean by "white label", because it is the one an affiliate sees in the address bar. On the three help centres that describe it, the mechanics are the same: a CNAME record pointing your subdomain at the vendor. Tolt's help centre points affiliates.domain.com at domains.tolt.io. Rewardful's points at domains.rewardful.com. Partnero's connects partners.yourdomain.com the same way. What differs is the plan.

Let's say you are on a $49 plan and want the portal on your domain. On Rewardful that is Growth at $99. On FirstPromoter it is Business at $99. On Komissio it is Growth at $99. So the custom domain is a $50-a-month feature on three of the $49 platforms. On Tolt it is on Basic at $69, and on AffiliateRail on Launch at $29. The pricing comparison shows where every plan sits.

Three caveats travel with the count. Partli's Growth plan prints a "Custom referral domain". Its docs say that changes only the tracking link. The portal on your domain is Enterprise. PartnerStack's Spark line says "Custom Domain" and nothing about what the domain covers. Refgrow's home page pairs the domain with its Business plan, and its pricing page has no domain row at all.

Which entry plans carry a "powered by" link?

In shortFive say so plainly. AffiliateRail's Launch and Grow list "Remove Powered by AffiliateRail" as not included, and Scale at $99 includes it. Tolt's Basic strikes through "No powered by link", and Growth at $99 has it. FirstPromoter's Business at $99 lists the link "removed from affiliate dashboard and emails". Affonso keeps its branding on Launch and Growth and removes it on Elite. PromoteKit's Free plan carries it, and Pro at $29 removes it.

Twelve platforms print nothing about a footer link on the pages read, Rewardful among them. That is not the same as having none. It means the pricing page does not say. The way to find out is to open a trial and look at the portal's footer. Two more say something adjacent. Trackdesk's feature page says its branding is "hidden by default" on eligible plans, which it names as Business and above. Impact's help centre says its branding "will appear if you do not set up custom branding".

A powered by link is the vendor's name and link in the portal's footer. It is the cheapest white-label row to check, because it is printed in the plan table when it exists. It is also the row founders feel most. An affiliate reads it as a sign that the program runs on someone else's software. On the five platforms that print a removal plan, it is $99 on three of them, $29 on PromoteKit, and Affonso's Elite plan, whose price its page does not print in dollars.

Which platforms embed the dashboard in your own app?

In shortFive. FirstPromoter on Business at $99, with custom CSS and JavaScript. Affonso on every plan. Refgrow on every plan from $29, with "make it look like a native part of your app" on its home page. Dub on Advanced at $300, as an embedded referral dashboard. Partnero for its referral portal, with no plan named. The other fifteen print nothing about embedding.

An embedded dashboard is the affiliate's view rendered inside your product. A customer who is also an affiliate never leaves your app to see their earnings. It is the deepest form of white label. Reditus prints an in-app widget for customer referrals on Growth at $99. That is a referral feature rather than an affiliate dashboard, so it is not counted. Ambassly's docs carry an embeddable sign-up form, which is a form, not a dashboard.

For example, imagine a SaaS whose customers are also its affiliates. The founder wants the referral link inside the product's settings page. Refgrow at $29 and Affonso's Launch plan both print that on the entry plan. FirstPromoter prints it at $99. Now imagine the affiliates are outsiders who will only ever see the portal. The embed does not matter, and the domain and the footer link are the whole question.

Which platforms say "white label", and do their pages agree?

In shortTen use the words for a plan of their own. Rewardful's Growth is "effectively whitelabel" in its help centre. Tapfiliate's Enterprise is "Full white label". Partnero's every plan is a "White-label partner portal". Komissio's Growth is "White-label branding". LeadDyno's Advanced is a "White Labeled Affiliate Dashboard". Partli's Enterprise is "White-label on your own domain". Affonso, Dub, Trackdesk and Refgrow use the words too. Two of those ten disagree with themselves.

Trackdesk's feature page says white label is "Available on the Business plan and above". Its pricing page lists "White-label, custom domain and Full API" under Enterprise. Refgrow's pricing page lists "White-label (no branding)" on every plan. Its home page says "Remove all Refgrow branding on Business+ plans". This page prints both lines and does not pick. A founder should ask the vendor which one is current before paying for the plan.

Four more platforms remove their link without using the words: AffiliateRail at $99, Tolt at $99, FirstPromoter at $99, PromoteKit at $29. Six print nothing about white label at all: Ambassly, PartnerStack, Reditus, Endorsely, Impact and refVenue. Ambassly's and refVenue's pages were silent on all five questions. refVenue's FAQ carries the branding question as a heading with no answer in the text read.

How should you pick?

In shortDecide which of the five rows you mean. If it is the domain, four platforms have it on the entry plan and eleven on a higher one. If it is the footer link, five print the plan that removes it, and on three of them that is $99. If it is the embed, five have it, two on their entry plan. If it is the vendor's name gone everywhere, ten say so, and two of them say two different things.

Let's say you want the portal on your domain, your logo on it, and no footer link, on the cheapest plan. PromoteKit's Pro at $29 prints all three. AffiliateRail's Launch at $29 prints the first two and removes the link at $99. Tolt's Basic at $69 prints the first two and removes the link at $99. Rewardful's Growth at $99 prints the first two and says nothing about a link. FirstPromoter's Business at $99 prints all three and the embed. The cheapest page ranks the plans themselves.

A word on this site's own product, with its trade-offs. AffiliateRail puts a branded portal on your own domain on every plan, from $29 a month founding. The "Powered by AffiliateRail" link stays on the $29 and $59 plans and goes at $99. There is no embedded dashboard, and the site does not use the words "white label". It takes 0% of every payout. It pays affiliates from your own PayPal or Wise on a schedule from the $59 plan. Founding prices are held while the subscription stays active, and there are ten founding places.
