A built-in importer reads your Rewardful account through their API and brings over your affiliates, their links, their referrals and their commission history. Your affiliates' links keep converting, because our tracker reads Rewardful's via parameter as well as our own. Plan an afternoon. Or hand it to us and we run the whole migration with you.
01 Stage 1
Rewardful's default affiliate link ends in ?via=token (their help centre, checked 2 September 2026). Our tracker reads via, along with the generic ref and aff. An old link lands on your site, the script reads the parameter, and the referral goes to the same affiliate. Nobody edits a link.
The parameter list ships in the tracker itself, so you can read it in the script your own site serves.
02 Stage 2
Rewardful has a documented REST API. The importer signs in with the API secret from your Company Settings page (their developer docs, checked 2 September 2026) and pulls:

Add our script beside Rewardful's. Both trackers run, and ours reads their links, so nothing is lost while both are on. Watch a few referrals land and compare the two dashboards.
Rewardful's default cookie lasts 60 days (their help centre, checked 2 September 2026). A visitor referred last month still carries it. A month of overlap lets those referrals convert on the old side before you close it.
04 Stage 4
On Rewardful's plans you pay affiliates yourself: a CSV for PayPal mass payouts or Wise batch payments. Rewardful "does not process commission payments on your behalf" (source). Managed Payouts is the exception: you fund Rewardful, it pays your affiliates, and 3% comes off each payout (source; both checked 2 September 2026).
AffiliateRail includes auto payouts from the $59 Grow plan at 0%. They run through your own PayPal or Wise account and never pass through us.
Step by step
Most merchants do this in an afternoon. If you would rather hand it over, we run migrations white-glove: a screen-share and an hour, and we do the rest. Email support@affiliaterail.com.
Connect Stripe. The connection is read-only: we read subscription events to credit sales, and we cannot write to your Stripe account.

Remove the Rewardful script once you have watched a few referrals land on our side.
Said plainly
A migration page that lists only the good news is an advert. These do not come across.
Your affiliates set a new password from their invite to the new portal. Their identity, links and balance are waiting for them. Their old login is not.
We import people and money, not Rewardful's visit records. Click counting starts fresh on our side.
A visitor referred last week carries Rewardful's attribution, not ours. The moment they click any affiliate link again, we credit them. No vendor can transfer another vendor's cookies.
Rewardful's campaigns do not map one-to-one onto AffiliateRail programs. If you run more than one campaign, email us before you import and we will plan the split with you.
What you have already funded into Managed Payouts stays with Rewardful for your affiliates to withdraw there. We cannot move it, and neither can any other vendor.
Cost
Both products band pricing by monthly affiliate-earned revenue. Checked against Rewardful's pricing page on 2 September 2026. Starter is $49 up to $7,500 a month, with one campaign. Growth is $99 up to $15,000. Enterprise starts at $149 above that. Every plan states a 0% transaction fee, which is true of the plan itself.

The payout fee sits outside the table. On Managed Payouts, 3% of $8,000 paid out in a month is $240. On AffiliateRail it is $0, because the money never passes through us. Stage 4 has the sources. Run the totals at your own volume.
Questions
Yes. Rewardful links carry the via parameter, and our tracker reads it, along with ref and aff. A link published years ago credits the same affiliate from the day the script goes on your site.
No. Rewardful's help centre says to email them for a data export. The importer reads your account through their REST API with your own API secret instead. Nothing waits on a reply. A CSV works as the fallback if you would rather not hand over a key.
Portal passwords, visit records, cookies already set on visitors' devices, campaign structure, and money already funded into Managed Payouts. Affiliates, their links, their referrals and their commission history do come across.
